To maintain the quality and hygiene of our products, we have a strict "no refund" policy on used and opened items. However, our products include hair swatches for color matching. If you open the swatch and find the color is unsuitable, you may return the product, provided the main product packaging remains unopened and all products included in the kit are returned as well.
